The problem
The club wanted to celebrate the first anniversary of their Bundesliga title win, but fan memories from that historic day were scattered across personal devices and social media, with no central place to collect and showcase them.
The solution
They created a Custom Form inviting supporters to submit photos from 14 April 2024, the day the title was secured.
